FOOD CELEBRATION
Thank you
to all the families who contributed to the cuisine on this day of
culinary exploration.
All
children had a wonderful journey across the world. Our children had the
pleasure of tasting foods from other countries and our own.

and Connor brought fried potatoes from Germany

Brianna
provided fried rice all the way from China
ü
Sam
brought spaghetti bolognaise from Italy
ü
Hayden
brought Irish meatloaf and mash
ü
Rebecca
travelled all the way from England with her scones and jam
ü
Isabella
and Samuel added to the Christmas feel with some Christmas cut Scottish
shortbread.

Ned
and Grace brought spinach and fetta pastry triangles from Greece
ü
Gabrielle
brought in some good old Aussie sausage rolls
ü
Dylan,
Alexanda and Patrick provided Hungarian beef goulash
ü
Izabella
and Aesha picked some tropical bananas to share
So
thank you again to all those who gave to our children
Experimenting with new tastes is always a challenge, and with the assistance from these willing families we have gained valuable insight into what new foods to try on our menu that are representative of our families cultures.
