Tuition and Fees

An advance fees bond (usually equivalent to two weeks fees less ant Child Care Benefit) is payable at the time of enrolment and refunded at the cessation of enrolment at the Centre. Under the government's Child care Management System, fees are billed weekly in arrears. Fee reminders are placed in your Parent Pocket each Tuesday and your prompt payment is most appreciated, helping us to keep down the overall costs of your childcare.

Full payment is due each week for your enrolled days regardless of the number of days that you child actually attends.

Through accreditation with the National Childcare Accreditation Council, most parents are able to take advantage of Federal government Child Care Benefit (CCB). CCB is paid direct to the Learning Centre on your behalf and your Fee Invoices adjusted accordingly.

Your local Centrelink office can assist you with registering to receive Child Care Benefit. In addition many parents are eligible for the child care rebate of 50% of the actual fee amount paid up to a maximum of $7778 per child per year.
