Parent involvement
We believe that communication is important for a successful program, and that it should involve the community of parents, teachers, assistants, and the
Centre Director.
Input from parents is an important part of our program. Parents are welcome to visit at any time and are encouraged to volunteer to share their special interests or talents with the children.
Regular newsletters inform parents of activities, and special notices are sent home as needed.
The Director and teachers are always available for a brief chat in the classrooms. For more in depth discussions an appointment at a mutually convenient time can be made through the Director.
The Preschool Director is always available to answer questions and to discuss concerns.
